Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Appointment Scheduling: All bookings must be made through the designated platform (e.g., website booking tool or email inquiry). Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your project slot. The remaining balance must be paid before the final deliverables are provided. Revision Policy: This package includes one revision round for the logo design. Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate or fixed fee. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations will forfeit the deposit due to the non-refundable policy. Project Completion Timeline: Deliverables are provided within 7–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and client responsiveness. File Delivery: Final designs will be delivered in digital formats (e.g., PNG,JPEG, PDF) via email or a file-sharing link.
