Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Service Policy Once the Deluxe Branding package is purchased, it is non-refundable. Revisions and modifications are permitted as outlined in the package, ensuring satisfaction with the final deliverables. Payment Policy To begin the Deluxe Branding service, full payment is required either at the time of purchase or by the agreed start date. This ensures seamless initiation of the design and branding process. All outstanding balances must be cleared before the completed branding materials are delivered to the client. For your convenience, secure online platforms and bank transfers are available as accepted payment methods. Revision Policy Unlimited revisions are included for logo concepts, ensuring the perfect design is achieved. Revisions for additional branding elements (e.g., business cards, social media assets) are subject to package limitations. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the project start date. Deposits for canceled services are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services at the company’s discretion. Delivery Policy Branding elements, including logos, business cards, social media assets, and brand guidelines, will be delivered in multiple formats: PNG, JPEG, PDF, and EPS. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the start of the project and depend on the scope of the package. Ownership Policy Upon completion and final payment, full ownership of all delivered designs and materials is transferred to the client. Privacy Policy All client information and brand details are handled with the utmost confidentiality. Designs will not be shared or used without client consent.
